Ground mounted AmberGreen solar PV installation to combat price hikes for homeowner

CUTTING the cost of soaring electricity bills is the main reason why a homeowner decided to team up with leading green energy solutions company, Amber Green Solar, for a new solar PV system.

With a newly installed ground mount providing a 4KW installation at the side of her Northern Ireland home, Mary Devlin is hoping to watch her bills reduce to next to nothing.

Mrs Devlin turned to Amber Green Solar for a solar energy solution following recent energy price hikes, including the announcement in May by Power NI to increase electricity costs by almost 18 per cent.

Mrs Devlin said: “We had them installed for the simple reason to save on electricity as we found our bills were getting too high.

“We’ve got them as a ground mounted system at the side of the house and I’m hoping for lower bills and a lump sum at the end of the year. I’m looking forward to seeing how it all works.”
