IFEX exhibitor sees huge growth thanks to increased uptake in E-Learning training

A training, recruitment and consultancy company has announced a huge increase in demand in E-Learning following the launch of its state-of-the-art E-Learning programme.
The Training and Recruitment House Ltd, based in Portadown, will showcase its secrets of success at Ireland’s premier exhibition which showcases all things new in the food, retail and hospitality industries.
IFEX, which takes place at the Titanic Exhibition Centre in Belfast, will welcome the team from The Training and Recruitment House where Managing Director Jonathan McComb will showcase ‘The Training and Recruitment @cademy’s’ bespoke E-Learning packages have boosted demand by 1,300 per cent.
Mr McComb, who will be based at Stand A20, said a significant investment in a state of the art website has resulted in a huge growth in demand for its E-Learning facility where programmes are developed based on specific client needs.
Speaking ahead of IFEX, Mr McComb said: “Our team has been providing training, recruitment and consultancy services to companies across Northern Ireland since 2010. We work with companies in all sectors including food producers, companies in the leisure and tourism sector, engineering companies, charitable and social enterprises.

“Clients are buying bespoke packages which we tailor to suit their needs. The investment has also produced a bespoke Training Management System which enables us to manage all client training records online and can produce their training reports at a click of a button.
“We will also be making a further investment in a bespoke recruitment system.
