When we start working with a new client we find that they have never done a Key Messaging Plan before. Key messages are the messages which you want and need your audience to hear and remember. These are vital in helping us identify who you are, what your brand stands for and makes you step back and think about your own organisation and what you are trying to achieve. Only too often do we hear businesses say how great their business is and they have plenty of great stories to share but they don’t know how to go about telling this stories or what those stories should even be about. We craft very specific Key Messaging Plans tailored for every business we engage with. These key messages are so important for an organisation’s PR and marketing efforts and should be reflected in all written and spoken communications. They are an extremely important part of any PR campaign so they need to be established at the beginning.
