James Devine, who is the head chef at Black Cat Traditional Restaurant, says he never focuses on style or trends above substance and combines methods of creating clean and simple dishes with his expertise gained while working in 3Michelin star restaurants in London.

John Mulholland Motors takes control of energy by lighting showrooms with solar system

A well known Northern Ireland based car dealer has made the switch to solar on his showrooms and his home in a move he describes as a ‘no brainer’.

John Mulholland, of John Mulholland Motors, said his electricity bills were becoming horrendous so he decided to take control back and take charge of what he was spending. John contacted AmberGreen Energy who installed the system.
