Emerson’s Foundation hands over £1,000 donation for Air Ambulance NI

The Emerson’s Foundation in Armagh aims to help transform local communities by giving to charitable causes through its MADL Fund.

Here, members of the Foundation’s committee hand over a cheque for £1,000 and a canvas picture to the family of Lesley Ann McCarragher who died last year after being struck by a car. This donation of £1,000, from our NISA MADL Fund, will hopefully go some way in helping the McCarragher family with their fundraising targets.

Emerson’s Foundation funding to be granted for vital community life lines

The Emerson’s Foundation is an organisation set up by Emerson’s Supermarket and Uluru Bar & Grill to help transform the local communities.

The foundation’s committee has announced it is to donate £1,000 to the Air Ambulance Northern Ireland Fund and £150 to buy paediatric pads for the Caledon Village defibrillator. The Uluru team strikes while the oven is hot for #OneMoreMonth

Uluru Bar & Grill will be relocating to the new Emersons building in a move which will enhance the dining experience for all.

The team however will continue to serve food until February 1 at its current premises in Market Street for #OneMoreMonth. The date of the new opening will be announced in due course. Uluru has been mentioned in The Michelin Guide 2014/15 and is the only restaurant to be listed in The Good Food Guide 2015 for Co Armagh.
